Dining Passport: Rules & Regulations
A few ground rules for the Passport to Good Dining...
1. One passport per person.
2. Must be at least 21 years old to participate.
3. To be eligible for prizes, participants must include their e-mail address on page 6 before mailing the passport back to Country Roads.
4. To ensure delivery, participants should secure the Dining Passport shut with a small piece of tape before mailing. The Post Office will not accept passports that have been altered in any way—including ripped or folded pages.
5. Participants will start receiving Country Roads e-blasts, offering free giveaways, the best upcoming cultural events, culinary news, and more adventures close to home. E-mail addresses may also be shared with restaurants participating in the Dining Passport.
6. Passports must be postmarked by November 15, 2011, to be eligible for prizes.
7. Prize winners will be selected randomly and notified by e-mail by December 1, 2011.
8. Passport pages representing participating restaurants must be signed by restaurant staff to be counted towards prize eligibility.
9. Country Roads reserves the right to make changes during the Dining Passport program, including substitutions of similar value to discounts and prizes.
10. Participating restaurants have the right to refuse service and/or discounts to anyone using the Dining Passport in an unreasonable manner.
11. Customers do not have to use the coupon in order to have it signed by restaurant staff. However, some purchase is necessary to gain a signature.
12. Only one winner per household.
13. Passport prizes must be claimed by December 31, 2011.
14. The grand prize from Indigo Hotel, a one-night stay in the 7th floor suite, is subject to availability and black-out dates.
15. Multiple prize entries by the same person will be discarded.
16. Prize winners give Country Roads magazine permission to print their names in the magazine and through online outlets such as www.countryroadsmagazine.com and social media.
