Just in time for Valentine’s Day, culinary herbalist Sarah Liberta offers a short class centered around everyone's favorite herb: chocolate. Participants will be exposed to the world of chocolate and its uses, including white, milk, and dark; unsweetened, bittersweet, semisweet, and sweet; from bean to finished product. The menu includes Sweetheart Rose Double Chocolate Brownies, a chocolate beverage, and more.
Sarah’s classes on growing and cooking with herbs feature demos and tastings of all dishes prepared. Everyone will receive a chocolate sample, recipes, a copy of Louisiana Cookin’ magazine, and a store discount good for the day of the class.
