New Orleans' City Park gets a little spookier near Halloween. Bring the kids out for Friends of City Park's annual Ghosts in the Oaks Halloween celebration, complete with trick-or-treating, rides, arts & crafts, and a pumpkin patch. On Friday and Saturday, early admission at 6 pm is $20; and $15 after 7 pm (the event goes on until 10 pm). On Sunday, early admission begins at 4 pm and the event lasts until 8 pm.
