Ambitious amateur cooks can now stun family and friends with expert plating, techniques, aromas, and (of course) taste. After taking a leisure class at LCI, students will be swiftly sautéing and searing at a professional level. October classes will cover BBQ, baking, sauces, and other culinary endeavors.
