Ambitious amateur cooks can now stun their family and friends with expert plating, techniques, aromas, and (of course) taste. After taking a leisure class at LCI, students will be swiftly sauteeing and searing at a professional level. September classes will cover Cajun/Asian fusion, pizza, and cooking with herbs, spices, and spirits.
