LOVE in the Garden

It may be quite warm right now, but the New Orleans Museum of Art's official fall soirée may be just what the (hopefully) cool winds of autumn call for this month. LOVE in the Garden takes place under the stars and majestic oaks in the Sydney and Walda Besthoff Sculpture Garden. What's not to love about an evening of live music and dancing, cuisine by a ridiculously long list of local eateries, a cocktail challenge, and of course, the artist honorees. This year, the soirée honors Elenora Rukiya Brown, Skylar Fein, Gene Koss, Ashley Longshore, Alexa Pulitzer, and Josephine Sacabo. 7 pm. Visit noma.org for a full rundown.
