Award-winning culinary herbalist Sarah Liberta returns to Chef John Folse's White Oak Plantation and Farm today for an early Mother's Day celebration that doubles as a National Herb Week program. Enjoy the beautiful and delectable edible flowers of White Oak Plantation by sight and by taste as a chef's cooking demonstration is followed by an herb-filled three-course lunch presented by Chef Folse and his White Oak Plantation culinary team. Guests will also get to tour White Oak’s lush gardens and take home HERBS by Sarah articles, recipes, and a complimentary herb plant for their garden. 11 am–2 pm.
