The Southern Food and Beverage Museum is offering new cooking classes. Each class will teach students how to prepare a three-course dinner of particular Louisiana favorites, and students can bring home recipes and tips for the at-home cook. Students will enjoy a fun and friendly atmosphere as they build their culinary skills and ask questions about cooking and local interests.

Classes continue through May 7. Admission and a tour of the museum are included in the ticket price. There is a discounted price for SoFAB Members who purchase their tickets at least 48 hours in advance. Classes are from 11am to 1pm. southernfood.org
