Thanks to the Internet, information is more easily accessible than ever before. The downside of the Information Age, however, is that not all of this information is accurate. That's why Ascension Parish Library is offering "Truth and Challenges with Weight Management," a talk by Dr. Jake Bellanger about determining fact from fiction when reading about weight loss, and determining the most effective steps to take to lose weight and resolve health issues.
