Drink wine and do good with Baton Rouge Uncorked, an organization which will present its first shindig of 2013 at the L'Auberge Casino and Hotel. In teams of three, attendees are asked to bring three identical bottles of Cabernet Sauvignon, two of which will be poured at the event for blind tasting and scoring. The third bottles of each team will become a grand wine collection, to be awarded to the team that brought the most popular wine. The Michael Foster Project will provide the music, making this a thoroughly entertaining night out.

As is the Uncorked custom, proceeds from this event will go to a good cause; two good causes, in fact—Forum 35, a community of engaged young professionals working to improve Baton Rouge, and a group of young preservation-minded community members known as Inherit Baton Rouge. 6 pm–9 pm. $20 per person. batonrougeuncorked.com.
