Absinthe Frappé

1 ½ Oz. Absinthe
½ Oz. Simple Syrup
2 Oz. Soda Water
8 Mint Leaves
Crushed Ice
Just in time to combat the summer vapors, this recipe for an absinthe frappé will cool you off in a jiff. Directions
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled. Pour into a rocks or Collins glass over crushed or pebble ice. Top with additional ice.
