¼ Cup Green Onions, sliced thin

2 lbs. Louisiana Crawfish Tails

½ Cup Shredded Fontina Cheese

½ Cup Shredded Gruyere Cheese

Sea Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste

½ Cup Panko Breadcrumbs

½ Cup Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese, grated

1 Tbsp. White Truffle Oil
