Papa Browning's Pimento Cheese
The real deal
1 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded
2 jars diced pimentos
Mayonnaise, to taste
Worcestershire sauce, to taste
Salt & Pepper, to taste
(optional) minced garlic, Tabasco sauce, few shakes of ground red pepper, ranch dressing (reduced mayo), jalapeño peppers, seasonings.
Directions
Stir all together until well mixed. Serve on crackers, on white bread, or however you like.
