Broad Street Hurricane
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Roulaison Traditional Pot Distilled Rum (Gold Cap)
- 0.5 oz Roulaison Overproof Rum (Red Cap)
- 0.25 oz Peychaud's Aperitivo
- 3 oz pineapple juice
- 1.75 oz passion fruit juice
- 0.5 oz lime juice
- 3 dashes Peychaud's bitters
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
Method: Shake all ingredients and serve over ice.
A Final Remark
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Roulaison Amer Rum Liqueur
- 1 oz Gin
- 1 oz Maraschino Liqueur
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Method: Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into cocktail glass. Serve up.
