Ingredients
- 1 + 1/2 oz. Bayou Silver Rum
- 1/2 oz. Bayou Spiced Rum
- 1/2 oz. Orgeat Syrup
- 2 oz. rice milk reduction (reduced by half on low heat)
- chocolate bitters
Method
Combine ingredients and shake together. Strain over fresh ice in a Collins glass. Garnish with gumbo filé and six drops of chocolate bitters.
