Fresh Baked Bagels
Aptly named Bagels!, this exciting venture will be run by a team that consists of brother and sister Reece and Caroline Merryman (founder of the beloved local bakery, Caroline’s Cookies). With longtime Caroline’s Cookies team member Ashlyn Fruge working in tandem with these entrepreneurial siblings, Bagels! is set to open its doors in the near future, in the walkable River Ranch neighborhood, nestled between the restaurants Romacelli and Rock-n-Sake.
Bagels! will serve up its namesake baked fresh in-house every day, using handcrafted dough. Customers will be able to choose from a wide-ranging selection of bagel spreads and cream cheeses. The shop will be open for lunch as well as breakfast, offering a menu that includes a selection of bagel sandwiches made with a focus on using the freshest local ingredients. Other offerings from the shop will include a roster of healthy and refreshing smoothies.
