The Israeli-born, Philadelphia-raised Alon Shaya has firmly entwined himself with Louisiana since coming onto the scene with Domenica. He'll travel to Baton Rouge to celebrate Congregation B'nai Israel's 160th anniversary, offering his own flavor of Southern Jewish hospitality.
