As part of its quarterly wine dinner series, Copper Vine is hosting a thoughtful-yet-extravagent wine dinner featuring Darioush Wines from Napa Valley. The decadent six-course meal by chef Amy Mehrtens includes a dynamic assortment of delicacies including Golden Osetra Caviar and Sea Scallop, Fire Roasted Chestnut and Hen’s Egg, Duck en Croûte with Fennel Sausage, Spicy Capicola with Buttery Aubergine, Dry Aged Bison Ribeye with Black Truffle, and a Caramelized Pear and Dark Chocolate Tart. Alongside the meal, Copper Vine’s Sommelier Lydia Kurkoski will curate harmonious wine pairings featuring Darioush's Boudreaux-inspired wines to complement the evening’s feast. Doors open at 6:30 pm as sparkling is passed among guests, with the first course beginning at 7 pm. $150 at coppervine.com.
