Bakers for Black Lives

Bakers for Black Lives is a collaboration of bakers committed to supporting people and organizations that are working towards creating equitable opportunities for communities of color. This week, Chef Schonberg, Batch Baking Company, Jackie’s Sweet Shapes, Em’s Bakery, Confectious Delights, and Nothing Bundt Cakes are collaborating to raise $10,000 for organizations working to positively impact communities of color. This initiative will launch  in celebration of Juneteeth, also known as Freedom Day. Each participating baker has committed to donating all or a portion of their sales to organizations directly impacting communities of color. Bakers wishing to participate in the initiative are encouraged to visit https://www.bakersforblacklives.com/BakersForBlackLives.com to learn more about the initiative, download a Baker’s Toolkit, and report funds raised towards the $10,000 goal.
