Bayou-Ku Childrens Poetry Contest

To celebrate National Poetry Month and encourage kids to participate in a fun activity, the TECHE Project presents the Bayou-Ku Children's Poetry Contest. Children ages five through twelve are encouraged to submit a personal haiku poem about a plant or animal that might be found along Bayou Teche.
