Birding Walk at Cat Island

Wake up bright and early to enjoy either a bird or nature walk at Cat Island National Wildlife Refuge. Hosted by the Friends of Cat Island, the walks will span about three miles and allow nature lovers to talk to experts about species identification. Birders and hikers alike should bring their own water, bug spray, and sunscreen. Bird walk at 6 am; nature walk at 8 am. Free.
