"Blanket Songs" at The Mansur Museum

John Hitchcock draws from the cultural practices of his Comanche and Kiowa ancestors for his latest exhibition at The Mansur Museum of Art, Blanket Songs. Consisting of lithographs, assemblage, screen prints, neon, textiles, and other media, Blanket Songs weaves innovation with tradition to create a narrative of Hitchcock's personal Indigenous heritage. A reception featuring live music by the artist will be held from 5:30 pm–7:30 pm, with an artist talk at 6:30 pm. masurmuseum.org.
