Biloxi's annual summertime bash sets sail on Saturday from 11 am until 4 pm, when live music and hundreds of artisans provide hours of diversion on Great Lawn at Harrah’s Casino, all building to the Biloxi Boat Blessing. The ceremonial wreath dropping happens at 12:30 pm, after which boats will line up at the end of the Biloxi Channel for a procession to receive their blessings for a safe and bountiful season.
