Boudin Wars

Luke, I am your....sausage? Star Wars jokes aside, boudin truly is the epitome of Southwest Louisiana culinary tradition, all seasoned up and stuffed into a sausage casing. Sulphur is upping the stakes in its sixth year of this spicy competition aimed to determine who gets the bragging rights of making "The Best Boudin in Southwest Louisiana". Head to the Brimstone Museum and pig out on boudin and other delicacies provided by Hollier’s Cajun Kitchen, Popillion’s Boudin & Sausage, Fork in the Road food truck, and many more from 11 am to 1 pm.
