Crawfish Cook-Off for Charity

Join the St. Paul's Alumni Association and Children's Advocacy Center-Hope House for an all-out claws-out bash. Over thirty teams will compete for the title of best boiled crawfish in the land (and by the land, we mean the Northshore). That, my friends, adds up to over 10,000 pounds of crawfish boiled. So make room in those bellies—this is an all-you-can-eat event. Funds will benefit the Children's Advocacy Center-Hope House, which is an independent nonprofit dedicated to ending the cycle of child abuse in St. Tammany and Washington Parishes. 1 pm–6 pm. $30 online; $35 at the door; $20 ages 13–18; $5 children ages 7–12. spcco.com.
