The Diary of Anne Frank
The Eunice Players' Theatre presents the second show of its forty-fifth season—The Diary of Anne Frank written by Frances Goodrich and Albert Hackett. This true story, which takes place from 1942 to 1944 in Nazi occupied Amsterdam, tells of the life of a thirteen-year old Jewish girl, Anne Frank, hiding in an attic of a factory with her sister, her parents, three members of another family, and a dentist. For more than two years, she wrote in her diary her feelings, her fears, and relationship with the others in hiding. The play takes the audience on an emotional journey as the group clings to their lives and hopes for their future. September 11—20. 7 pm September 11 and 12, 18—20.
