Discover Nature: Recycling & Repurposing in Baton Rouge

Part of honoring Earth Day on April 22, LSU Hilltop Arboretum presents a discover nature program geared toward preserving and restoring the planet. Held in the Beverly Brown Coates Auditorium, the event brings together a panel of representatives from Glass Half Full, Republic Services, Keep Tiger Town Beautiful, and the Capital Area Corporate Recycling Council to discuss ways to reduce waste, along with local recycling system. 6:30 pm–8 pm. $15; $10 for students and Hilltop members. lsu.edu/hilltop.
