For its next virtual Gallier Gathering, the Hermann-Grima + Gallier Historic Houses welcome Fatima Shaik, author of Economy Hall: The Hidden History of a Free Black Brotherhood, for a discussion of the unique history and influence of The Société d'Economie et d'Assistance Mutuelle (Economy and Mutual Aid Association), which was founded in 1836 and led by free people of color. 6 pm–8 pm via Zoom.
