Arnaudville Étouffée Festival

Over forty years young, this annual affair at the Little Flower Auditorium occasions the creation (and consumption) of all sorts of étouffée, then adds in friendly rivalry—as well as children's activities, a car show, carnival rides, bingo, and antique shopping. Catch live musical performances by local favorites Nik L Beer Band, Clifton Brown & the Rusty Bucket Band, Clay Cormier & the Highway Boys, and more. Kicks off Thursday at 5 pm for Family Night (carnival only), then continues through the weekend. 5 pm–10 pm Friday; 11 am–10 pm Saturday (cook-off and car show day). Free admission.
