Arnaudville Étouffée Festival

Over forty years young, this annual affair at the Little Flower Auditorium occasions the creation (and consumption) of all sorts of étouffée, then adds in friendly rivalry children's activities, a car show, carnival rides, bingo, and antique shopping.
