Exonerated Artist Reception and Talk with Becky Gottsegen

The Main Library on Goodwood will host sculpture artist Becky Gottsegen as she discusses her exhibition, Exonerated: Portraits of the Wrongfully Convicted, on display at the branch through the month of July. The exhibition features ceramic busts of twenty-three men wrongfully imprisoned in Louisiana and seeks to honor those unjustly incarcerated and highlight the dangers of wrongful convictions. A reception will be held July 6 at 2 pm, during which Gottsegen will discuss the project. Free, but registration is required at ebrpl.co/events.
