The Baton Rouge Epicurean Society (BRES) is gathering together the capital city's culinary creatives to host the annual celebration of all things food and wine that is Fête Rouge. Forks and palates at the ready—there's lots of eating and toasting to be done. This year L'Auberge Casino & Hotel plays host to local chefs preparing their best dishes for the chance at winning the gold medal in the Fête Rouge Chefs Competition. And somebody has to eat all those delicacies.
