"Fluer-Essence" Exhibition

As part of the inaugural Northshore Arts in Bloom Festival, the Hammond Regional Arts Center will host a juried showcase of works by members of the New Orleans Art Association, titled Fluer-Essence. This year's judge will be artist Marcia Holmes, a master pastelist and a member of the Pastel Society of America. An opening reception will be held on April 1 from 5 pm–8 pm. hammondarts.org.
