Natchez Live at Five on the Fourth
July 3–4: Come one, come all, and join the party at the Natchez Bluff to celebrate Independence Day. This year, Natchez celebrates the patriotic spirit for two days stragiht with a Live @ Five lineup that includes Mira.Got.Soul., Cha Cha Boo, and The Remedy, plus a walking parade down Main Street to kick off the festivites on Friday led by Epic Funk Brass Band, all the way to the Bluff. There will be yard games aplenty, corn hole, bubbles, food and drinks, and a family-friendly atmosphere. Fourth of July on False River
July 4: The City of New Roads invites all to celebrate the birth of our nation this 4th of July on Morrison Parkway with the annual boat parade down False River, with boats dressed in vibrant shades of red, white, and blue. Don't miss live music, a golf cart parade, and fireworks to close out the celebration. Free. Details at newroads.net.
St. Francisville's Fireworks at Parker Park

Vicksburg Independence Day Sparks on the River
July 4: It's stars, stripes, and fireworks in downtown Vicksburg. This Fourth of July, in honor of America's 250th birthday, head downtown for a 7 pm concert, then sick around for a fireworks extravaganza, shot behind the Old Depot Museum on Levee Street. Red, White & Biloxi
July 4: This America 250 party on the Biloxi Town Green features live entertainment, including a patriotic music tribute, a dramatic performance, concert by Unfazed Showband, and prime viewing of an evening fireworks display. Be sure to catch the Daughters of the American Revolution booth for a chance to sign the Declaration of Independence, receive a copy, and have a photo taken wearing a tricorne hat. 5 pm–9:30 pm.
