Celebrate local history, and learn about an expert on the matter at this presentation held at the East Baton Rouge Parish Libraries Main Branch. Author and Baton Rouge historian Faye Phillips will present a collection of historical photographs and stories on local characters, and will share her experience discovering and preserving family histories. 6 pm.
