Front Yard Bikes Bash

Pump up those tires, lube that chain, and join the peloton when the 2026 Front Yard Bikes Bash rolls from BREC’s Botanic Garden to Mid City. This year’s group ride kicks off with a bike parade from Independence Park and into Mid City, with stops for snacks and tune-ups, then back to Independence Park where bicycle-appropriate food, refreshments, and family fun await. The annual event is designed to connect families and community leaders around a shared love of cycling, while raising money to help Front Yard Bikes’ mission to help community youth develop healthy, fulfilling, and productive lives. 3 pm–6 pm, starting and ending at BREC’s Botanical Gardens in Independence Park. $40 registration fee includes a complimentary “Bike Hard, Live Easy” T-Shirt courtesy of Front Yard Bikes and Varsity Sports.
