James Beard award-winning New York Times food journalist Brett Anderson is set to give a talk on the many complexities of the New Orleans culinary scene, and their further implications for the city's culture and society. The lecture is sponsored by an Ignition Year Mission Integration Grant to the College of Nursing and Health, and is to be held in Loyola University's Ignatious Chapel on the ground floor of Bobet Hall. 7 pm.
