Postponed: Grillin' for the Arts Brisket Cook-Off

Do I smell meat in the air? Or is that just the sweet sweet scent of good ol' competition? 

Join Cité des Arts for its first annual Grillin' for the Arts Brisket Cookoff. Twelve grilling teams will face off with a minimum of two briskets (no, there's no max—too much brisket ain't a thing), from which the public will determine a proud victor. Live music will be provided by The Blue Monday All-Stars, Sweet Cecilia, and The Nouveau String Band. Cookoff entries are $150/team, and briskets must be ready for tasting at 5 pm. Public access is 4 pm–9 pm. $10 entry fee, plus $5 for a tasting kit. All funds will go towards arts programming at Cité des Arts. citedesarts.org.
