Guest Lecture by Dickie Brennan at Southern Food & Beverage Museum's 10th Anniversary

The first in a series of events and programming to celebrate SoFAB’s 10th anniversary, hear a keynote lecture “Why SoFAB? Why New Orleans?” by acclaimed restaurateur Dickie Brennan. Also speaking that night will be writer and cocktail enthusiast, Nancylee Myatt, on food and drink in New Orleans, and Butler Burdine, Chairman of NatFAB on the future of NatFAB. Additionally, the evening will honor the latest additions to the National Culinary Heritage Register: Dooky Chase’s Restaurant, Rouses, Luzianne Coffee and Tea, Domino Sugar, Steen’s Syrup, and Wayne Jacob’s Smokehouse. The foundation will also be announcing the dedication of the Paul Prudhomme Culinary Archive within the John & Bonnie Boyd Hospitality & Culinary Library.
