Protecting the Atchafalaya Basin: Flood Risk, Sedimentation, and the Future of Louisiana's Great River Swamp

LSU Hilltop Arboretum welcomes Dean Wilson, executive director of Atchafalaya Basinkeeper, for a Discover Nature presentation on the challenges facing the Atchafalaya Basin. Atchafalaya Basinkeeper has been on the front lines of protecting the nation's largest river swamp for more than twenty years, harnessing advocacy, education, and scientific research to make a difference.
