Historical Happy Hour featuring Bruce “Sunpie” Barnes and The Louisiana Sunspots

This month's Historical Happy Hour features Bruce “Sunpie” Barnes and his band, The Louisiana Sunspots, performing at the reception for the exhibition Haitian Art: The Jacques Bartoli Collection. Barnes, a New Orleans musician, naturalist, author, park ranger, actor, and photographer, has toured with Paul Simon and Sting, among other accomplishments. He and his band will play traditional Louisiana Creole music to compliment the exhibition. 6 pm–8 pm. Free. WestBatonRougeMuseum.org.
