The Historic New Orleans Collection offers a variety of events for March. These include:
- March 4: Echoes of Innovation: Celebrate nineteenth-century Creole composers and innovators as part of the 2026 Musical Louisiana: America’s Cultural Heritage concert, presenting works by Barès, Lambert, Gottschalk, Dédé, Martin, and more. - March 11: HNOC Ce Soir: “A Vanishing Bounty”: Extended hours at the museum celebrating A Vanishing Bounty: Louisiana’s Coastal Environment and Culture. Enjoy Cajun dance, song, cocktails, and more. - March 18: Reimagining New Orleans: The Sketchbook of J. N. B. de Pouilly: A lecture, presented by the Louisiana Landmarks Society and hosted by HNOC, features architectural historian Ann M. - March 20–21: One Single Place: Louisiana and the Shaping of the Early American Republic: Celebrate the United States’ 250th anniversary with HNOC and the New Orleans Foundation for Francophone Cultures (Nous) at this 2026 History Symposium.
