Artist Kayla Rose explores the power of grief, memories, and things never spoken in a debut solo exhibition titled I Still Wake Up With Things To Tell You at The Pearl in Baton Rouge, at 1439 Julia Street. Rose dedicates the exhibition to her late father, who passed away in 2020 on the same day her son was born.
