Introduction to Louisiana Wild Mushrooms at Hilltop Arboretum

As part of LSU Hilltop Arboretum's "Discover Nature" programs, produced in partnership with the Louisiana Master Naturalists of Greater Baton Rouge, this month outdoorsman Dr. Steve Antrobus will present a beginner's guide to mushroom foraging. Learn easy ways to distinguish edible mushrooms from poisonous ones, so that you can get to the fun (and delicious) part of Louisiana foraging.
