New Orleans theatre company Irene Collective presents a staged reading (with an all-local cast) of Laurel Canyon 1979 by Grace Caroline Curley at the New Marigny Theatre. Well past the neighborhood's heyday, a group of Laurel Canyon residents, living with mother-hippie Marigold, cling to a time gone by.
