LeMieux Galleries Presents: "Dissonance" and "Summer Rain"

LeMieux Galleries presents two solo exhibitions: Kaori Maeyama's Dissonance and Miro Hoffmann's Summer Rain. Dissonance, Maeyama’s third solo exhibition, displays a collection of tonal paintings that interrogate the fluidity of time, memory, and motion—all based on reference photos from an iPhone. In Hoffmann’s Summer Rain, a second solo exhibition at the Galleries, summertime in New Orleans takes center stage, radiating heat, humidity, and the vivid celebration of color and life through mixed media; the exhibition also delves into climate change, community, and resilience.  A reception will be held May 3 from 5 pm–9 pm. lemieuxgalleries.com.
