Lighting of the Nativity

The Saturday after Thanksgiving, St. Landry Parish Courthouse Square is going aglitter with the twinkling glory of holiday lights and spirit, celebrating the unveiling of the historic nativity scene at dusk. Santa will be on site (and possibly the Grinch, for those wandering into Sophisticated Look La' Bellevue on Bellevue Street). Look forward to an evening of food and live music from Our Lady Queen of Angels Choir and a special youth jam session hosted by Louisiana Folk Roots Kids Camp alumni and friends. Plus, local boutiques and businesses will also be open late for Small Business Saturday, featuring discounts and deals. 3 pm–6 pm. Free. (337) 948-6263.
