The exciting Mardi Gras season kicks off with the annual Twelfth Night Celebration, as last year's royal courts usher in the New Year in style with their extraordinary and intricate costumes at the Lake Charles Event Center. This affair marks the start of Southwest Louisiana's Mardi Gras, which includes everything from parades and galas to chicken runs and zydeco.
