Native Habitat Restoration

At this native habitat restoration event, volunteers will spend the morning removing invasive plants from the Audubon Oakley House State Historic Site property, planting native species in their stead. The effort is part of plan to restore the property to the look of the park to a woodland, as described by the legendary John J. Audubon. 9:30 am–noon. lastateparks.com.
