Join the Northshore Literary Society for a special presentation by guest speaker Liz Williams, founder and president of the SoFAB Institute in New Orleans, which includes the Southern Food and Beverage Museum, the Museum of the American Cocktail, and the SoFAB Culinary Library & Archive. Williams is the author of numerous books including: Lift Your Spirits, A Celebratory History of Cocktails in New Orleans, The A-Z Encyclopedia of Food Controversies and the Law, and more.
