My Radio Life: A Reading by Ed Cullen
Precariously, longtime Advocate columnist and regular Country Roads contributing writer Ed Cullen will pilot his trademark bicycle through peak hour traffic to St. Alban's Episcopal Chapel this evening to read excerpts from his book Letter in a Woodpile. Essays from Woodpile will be familiar to NPR's national audience, who heard Cullen read these humorous commentaries on life in Southern Louisiana for the All Things Considered radio program on many occasions. 5 pm at St. Alban's, Dalrymple at Highland. Swing in, dodge some traffic, graze on wine and cheese, and smile awhile. You'll be glad you did.
